Abstract

In this paper, we obtained nanoparticles based on ABX3 type of metal halide perovskites at room temperature. The development of technological processes allowed us to synthesize the studied nanoparticles with room temperatures. Perovskite materials problem is degradations in moist environment, by light and unsteadiness to differential temperature. We studied perovskite degradation phenomena from light exposure. And were select the optimal layers for perovskite solar cell stability.
