Abstract

Pesawat CN-295M di Skadron Teknik 021 (Pratiwi et al.,) 51 INFO ARTIKEL ABSTRACT / ABSTRAK In the world of aviation, it is not impossible for an accident to occur, depending on the person himself how to respond or minimize the occurrence of the accident. Often found there are some aircraft maintenance that is not in accordance with the rules that have been determined. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out aircraft maintenance according to standards to keep the aircraft used to remain feasible and have serviceable conditions, namely by making aircraft maintenance plans. Therefore, from small maintenance that can also cause this inaccuracy so as not to be ignored. The purpose of this study is to determine the punctuality of scheduled maintenance on the CN-295M military transport aircraft in Skadron Teknik 021. It is necessary to carry out aircraft maintenance to keep the aircraft used in an airworthy condition by making an aircraft maintenance plan. The study used a qualitative method with the Lean Six Sigma approach, the fishbone diagram method and pareto diagram. Tree diagrams and SIPOC (Supplier Input Process Output Customer) diagrams are used as analysis tools. Quantitative method with validity and linearity test and ANOVA test. Quantitative method with validity and linearity test as well as ANOVA test to obtain the results of the timeliness of scheduled maintenance on the CN-295M military transport aircraft based on the history of implementation and planning. Efforts to improve the process of scheduled aircraft maintenance to be on time according to maintenance planning is necessary to mitigate each problem that has been analyzed in the fishbone diagram. The findings show that the Technical Squadron 021 must be able to take advantage of all the opportunities that exist by using the strengths that the organization has.
