Abstract

Although several different diagnoses of what has been called the "Prodigious Decade", the housing bubble occurred in the Spanish State between 1996 and 2007, have been published, they tend to focus on the analysis of four main facets: housing, urbanized land, infrastructure and facilities. Our goal is to develop an explanatory global model, in order to think about possible alternatives to the subsequent stagnation of the sector, the type of measures to be taken to leave the pit, and especially to repair the negative impacts, the "collateral” damages of the hyperactivity growth cycle, the construction bubble.
