Abstract

The article presents a study on the effects of intrinsic reward and leadership style on the knowledge sharing behavior among academics in Iran. It mentions the influence of the said factors towards the information sharing behavior of educators in universities. It also provides useful data for policy makers in developing countries particularly in the nation through setting proper policies and tactics for the promotion of sharing knowledge.
