dari preliminary phase hingga information architecture phase dan kontrol standar manajemen keamanan informasi dalam penelitian ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan sistem dengan menyelaraskan domain bisnis hingga aplikasi dan data yaitu perancangan dari fase preliminary phase, Phase A : Architecture Vision, Phase B: Business Architecture dan Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture) sebagai panduan dalam penerapan sistem untuk meningkatkan keamanan di perusahaan jasa pengiriman. Abstract This shipping service company has thousands of branches spread throughout Indonesia. With the development of this technological era, this shipping service company needs the development of good security to know and prevent threats that occur from various sides. In handling problems or incidents at this company, it is still relatively slow because of the recording or ticketing which is still in the form of a manual. Handling and incidents that occur can still not be resolved or investigated in a timely manner so that the company has difficulty in finding the best alternative solutions. In addition, there is no system to handle handling problems or incidents in this company. For this reason, a solution to improve services in the company needs to be implemented in an appropriate system to improve security in the company. The design can be used as a guide for building IS / IT in the company. The design of enterprise architecture is expected to maximize the role of business, information, and technology in accordance with existing problems in the organization so that they can achieve the goals of the organization. By using the TOGAF ADM framework from the preliminary phase to the information architecture phase and control of information security management standards in this study, it can fulfill system development needs by aligning business domains to applications and data, namely design of the phase preliminary phase, Phase A: Architecture Vision, Phase B: Business Architecture and Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture) as a guide in implementing systems to improve security in shipping service companies.
