Abstract
The sales department can be a bridge in conveying information and attracting potential customers to become loyal customers. PT Super Sukses Motor strives to serve and create good relationships with prospective customers with a system that coordinates prospective customer data from the sales department. Currently the company is still using manual records and excel to record data. Based on this, a web-based Sales Activity application will be made to meet the company's needs in recording prospective customer data and knowing the performance of employees in the sales department or sales team. So it is expected to improve performance in sales. The system development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, namely requirements planning, design and implementation. The conclusion from the research conducted, the company needs to implement the Sales Activity System application (SALAC system) so that the follow-up of prospective customers is more targeted and systematically scheduled. The results of the feasibility percentage test carried out on 4 expert respondents and 70 user respondents, related to the system developed can be categorized into a very feasible interpretation.
