Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the factors and their influence on the work motivation of office employees at Intracom Group, enhancing employee motivation and productivity. Office employee at Intracom Group. Research method: the research team used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The research was conducted at the Intracom Group office with 135 survey samples and used Cronbach's Alpha testing method and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to test and build scales, from which the author used multiple linear regression to find out the factors and their influence on office modernization at Intracom Group. Research results and discussion: Results show that four factors affect the work motivation of office employees at Intracom Group including promotion training, nature of work, income, and working conditions job. The research team also proposed some management implications for Intracom Group in the coming time, focusing on two main issues: promotion roadmap, income, and working conditions of office staff at the Group. Intracom. Originality and value: Through the process of synthesizing documents, the authors have pointed out 4 groups of factors: promotion training, nature of work, income, and working conditions that affect the Working motivation of office staff at the Group. Based on the results performed and the actual situation at Intracom Group, the author has made 4 recommendations for each group of factors affecting the work motivation of office employees here. Among them, recommendations related to training, promotion, and salary are considered the most important.
