Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance at PT. Magnum Attack. The research conducted is research using quantitative descriptive method. Determination of the sample of this study using purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 36 employees. The data collection techniques used by researchers were documentation questionnaires, interviews and direct observation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that the factors that influence employee performance such as leadership style affect employee performance by 2,170, work motivation affects employee performance by 2,472 and incentives affect employee performance by 3,679. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan serta untuk Mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Magnum Attack. Penelitian yang dilakukan, merupakan penelitian dengan mengunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metodepurposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 36 karyawan.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kuesioner dokumentasi, wawancaradan observasi langsung. Metode analisa data yang di gunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan mengunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 2,170, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar2,472 dan insentif berpegaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 3,679
