Therefore, due to the author's effort, we chronologically trace those authors who have contributed to conceptualizing the aforementioned apprenticeship, with particular emphasis on the writings by Paul Senge, the so-called father of the "fifth discipline. This theoretical close-up helps apply organizational apprenticeship to nursing.
