Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya memperoleh gambaran kualitas pemasaran digital, produk dan distribusi dalam mewujudkan kepuasan pelanggan.  Populasi yang dipilih adalah terbatas pada pelanggan produk madu Kp. Cioray Klapanunggal Desa Leuwikaret Kabupaten Bogor Binaan STIE IPWIJA. Kemudian penarikan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari  anggota populasi dilakukan secara insidental. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari persepsi pelanggan melalui pengisian kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pemasaran digital, produk dan distribusi positif mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan.This research seeks to obtain an overview of the quality of digital marketing, products and distribution in realizing customer satisfaction.  The population chosen is limited to customers of honey products Kp. Cioray Klapanunggal Leuwikaret Village, Bogor Regency, Assisted by STIE IPWIJA. The sampling of 100 respondents from members of the population was carried out incidentally. Quantitative data are obtained from customer perception through the filling out of questionnaires analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of digital marketing, products and distribution positively affected customer satisfaction.
