Abstract

The production and trade-oriented nature of the international economic system is evolving into a complex structure that is increasingly concentrated in global financial relations, socio-cultural interactions are accelerating, and power-struggle arguments are diversified. For this reason today's modern states are also aiming to strengthen their economic security architects and expand their potential areas of influence. Considering the strong political will and the size of the transferred financial assets that behind him, shed light on the Republic of Turkey's regional and global vision. In the justification of the establishment law, it is mentioned that it is a “foreign policy instrument”; however, there is a risk that the expected aim may not be fully realized due to handicaps such as very slow progression of organizational formation, limited scope of legal duty and not identifying vehicle and relationship forms. In this context, Turkiye Wealth Fund not be seen as a mere tool of economic policy, in practice it is more comprehensive and accurate assessment would focus on the result-driven strategy.
