Organizational communication: Perspective of exponential technologies within exponential organizations in Spain

Abstract

Communication plays an important role and is the basis that helps to consolidate solid structures in today's disruptive environments. In this research, the perspective of Exponential Technologies in Exponential Organizations was analyzed from the consideration of 200 managers of Spanish companies, verifying that these companies manifest the 6D model of Exponential Technologies and organizational communication should be improved with such technologies and facilitate the Exponential Organizations efficiently interact with its stakeholders in the Spanish context. In the Spanish Exponential Organizations, they present some disruptive performances.
