Abstract
A basic method for stability analysis of the slope containing piles in a row is described, using the theoretical equation of lateral force acting on piles in a row due to plastically deforming ground. Studies of the effect of many factors on pile and slope on the slope-stability are carried out for an example of the foundation piles of landing pier in a harbor and a design method is proposed for the stability analysis of the slope with landing pier.
