Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is the most common reason of dementia the 65 year old major patients endure, the dementias generallly affects to 5% majors ones and it is increased as advances the age, about the 85 years she is of 30% of what we prune to deduce the social and economic important that supposes this disease. The EA. produces a few cognitive alterations, as the memory, the aphasia, apraxia and agnosia and the behavioral and psychc, such symptoms as the depression, the deliriums, the worry, the irritabiliti determining the quality of the life of the patient: mentioned the deficits that it he generates the EA.; So many farmacology will have to be controlled, since as with so called smooth therapies, improving the infrastructure of the housing where there lives the patient, the architectural barriers, its suitable identification, we will have to advise the attitude that must take the relative or principal keeper, as well as cognitive therapies of rehabilitation, cognitiva terapy acupationally and workshops of psicomotricity. When the patient evolves to a terminal phase will have to value it with certain indicators and will administer the elegant palliative that she needs, for a worthy end.
