Pengaruh Penerapan Manajemen Risiko dan Penerapan Good Corporate Governance dalam Perspektif Islam terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract. The company's performance is the achievement of the extent to which the company achieves the goals based on the previously set. In order for the company's performance to achieve its objectives, it is necessary to apply risk management and the implementation of good corporate governance in an Islamic perspective. This can affect the company's performance in order to realize the goals expected by the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of risk management and the application of good corporate governance in an Islamic perspective on company performance. The research method used is a survey method using questionnaires distributed to 4 Islamic Banking Institutions in Bandung. The results of this study indicate that the application of risk management and the application of good corporate governance in an Islamic perspective has a effect on company performance. Abstrak. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan pencapaian dari sejauh mana perusahaan mencapai tujuan berdasarkan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Agar kinerja perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya, diperlukan penerapan manajemen risiko dan penerapan good corporate governance dalam perspektif islam. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan agar dapat mewujudkan tujuan yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penerlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari penerapan manajemen risiko dan penerapan good corporate governance dalam perspektif islam terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar pada 4 Lembaga Perbankan Syariah di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko dan penerapan good corporate governance dalam perspektif islam berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
