Abstract
The purpose of this article is to characterize the Teaching-Learning Process in sport in order to observe the systemic approach of its components through the logic of the scientific method. For its elaboration, the theoretical methods of documentary, analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive analysis were used, which allowed obtaining information related to the TLP, thus making it possible to carry out the didactic transposition for its characterization in terms of sport. The characterization of the TLP consisted of integrating and describing each of its elements, which gives it the quality of a system: principles, problem, content, method, means, external and internal organizational form, evaluation. The TLP understood as a system and applied in a systematic way allows strengthening the pedagogical-didactic competence of the physical educator or the sports coach, even the physical rehabilitator of the sport, as it allows carrying out his functions from a scientific point of view in order to ensure the deployment of his personality and guide the student or user to direct his own biopsychosocial development and his constructive critical thinking from the reflection-action.
