Abstract

RESUMEN Este trabajo examina las relaciones existentes entre cuerpo, subjetividad y poder para evidenciar sus vínculos recíprocos. Uno de los propósitos del trabajo es mostrar que múltiples categorías jurídicas descansan sobre significados que remiten a un imaginario social de género. Así es posible que esferas regulativas aparentemente estancas sean unificadas alrededor de una matriz trabajo postula que la diferencia sexual atraviesa el sistema jurídico singularizando a las mujeres como una identidad subalterna, lo cual repercute, a su vez, en el tratamiento jurídico de otros cuerpos, que son feminizados. También argumenta que esta tecnología biopolítica tiene su sede en la regulación jurídica de la familia y desde ahí irradia sus efectos al resto del sistema. ABSTRACT This paper tries to elucidate the existing relations between body, subjectivity and power demonstrate their reciprocal links.
