Abstract

In this chapter, the authors describe the use of nonuniform sampling and MaxEnt reconstruction in multidimensional NMR expts. and its application to biomols. In practice, factors of two to three savings in data acquisition time per indirect time dimension are readily achieved. The robustness and versatility of MaxEnt reconstruction make it a powerful tool for improving sensitivity and resoln., and saving time in biomol. NMR expts.
