However, organizations face multiple challenges, including technical, cultural, ethical, and regulatory barriers that hinder seamless AI integration. This paper explores the primary obstacles to AI adoption in enterprises, such as data privacy concerns, lack of skilled workforce, resistance to change, and implementation costs. It also examines strategic approaches for overcoming these challenges and maximizing the business value of AI. By leveraging AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making systems, enterprises can achieve significant competitive advantages. Additionally, best practices for ensuring ethical AI deployment and organizational readiness are discussed. The paper provides insights into how enterprises can develop AI strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring long-term success and sustainable growth.
