Abstract

Nowadays, the world of technology is developing rapidly in all fields. The emergence of Electrical divices ranging from digital control systems and automatically marks the importance of advances in technology. In DC power system or direct voltage, now widely used as a power source for the use of electrical devices. But the voltage source available from PLN in the form of AC voltage 220V, then we need a device to get the desired output voltage DC voltage which is more stable. To get the DC voltage then the AC Voltage rectified with semi-conductor components such as diodes, thyristor, mosfets and others. This filtered DC voltage can change in value if the voltage at the source also changes. Then made an output voltage control tool, so that the electrical equipment that we install works according to its ability. In this tool applies a DC-DC converter with the Boost converter method, the boost converter circuit as an increase in the output voltage.. To get the desired output voltage, a voltage control device is controlled through Arduino Uno, this tool works by regulating the set point output voltage starting from 100VDC-150VDC whith a load of about 0.5 A – 1 A which is desired through the keypad. With a value (Vout) of 149.6V and current (Iout) of 0.45 A, the efficiency value is quite high at around 69,5%
