Abstract

, Published: 23 October 2023 In the discussion of our paper we indicated that Almar et al. (2023) implied that the southeastern coast of Australia is river-dominated. In Fig. 1b of their paper, much of eastern Australia, and the southeast coast of Victoria, is shown as river-dominated, but the southeast coast of New South Wales is shown as wave-dominated. Our statement did not adequately express these geographical extents.
