PERAN KOMPETENSI STAF AKUNTANSI DALAM PENCAPAIAN KUALITAS INFORMASI KEUANGAN DAERAH (Sensus pada Kantor Kecamatan Kota Tasikmalaya)

Abstract

This study aims to understand: (1) The role of accounting staff competencies in the District Office in Tasikmalaya City, (2) Quality of Regional Financial Information the role of accounting staff competencies in the District Office in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is the Census using qualitative and quantitative. The analytical tool used is simple regression. The results showed that: (1) Competency of Accounting Staff in the Tasikmalaya District Office Environment can be delivered properly. This can be seen from the interpretation of the total value of respondents' answers regarding the quality of financial information in the good category. (2) Financial information generated by the Tasikmalaya City District Office can be obtained properly. This can be seen from the interpretation of the total value of respondents' answers regarding the quality of financial information in the good category. (3) Accounting Staff Competence is positive towards the quality of Regional Financial Information in the District Office in Tasikmalaya City.
