Abstract

La mediación es una fuente de poder, es una fuerza que genera el empoderamiento de las personas cuando acuden a ella, porque produce sinergias que hacen del mediador un agente de cambio social y un agente de paz. Hace que el mediador y el mediado, sean factores evolutivos hacia una sociedad moderna, porque la mediación tiene la fuerza y el poder de generarlas positivamente en donde no las hay, logrando que podamos vibrar en la misma sintonía, sincronizándonos en armonía. Este articulo pretende mostrar una visión realista de dónde debe de posicionarse la mediación en su contexto actual, visualizando las condiciones históricas favorables para elevarla al pináculo de su evolución, considerando al poder un elemento consustancial de su progreso para ser considerada una institución y una innovación sociales.Mediation is a source of power, it is a force that empowers people when they turn to it, because it produces a synergy of forces that makes the mediator an agent of social change and an agent of peace. It makes the mediator and the mediated evolutionary factors towards a modern society, because mediation has the power to generate positive synergies where there are none, making it possible for us to vibrate in the same tune, synchronizing ourselves in harmony. This article aims to show a realistic vision of where mediation should be positioned in its current context, visualizing the favorable historical conditions to elevate it to the pinnacle of its evolution, considering power an inherent element of its progress to be considered a social institution and a social innovation.
