This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the blended learning model on students' motivation and learning achievement at SMAN 1 Wajo. This research is a preexperimental design. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wajo (second semester) as many as 4 classes. Sampling used cluster random sampling technique, namely class XI MIPA 1 as the experimental class with 31 students. The treatment carried out is online learning with google classroom media and face-to-face learning with group discussion methods. Data analysis shows (1) the average pretest of the experimental class is 25.97 in the low category, and the average posttest is 80.89 in the high category (2) the average N-Gain of the experimental class is 0.74 in the high category (3) the average student motivation is 64, with a fairly good category, the implementation of mathematics learning is 3,4 quite well done. Hypothesis testing using one sample T test shows (1) the average value of student learning achievement in the application of the blended learning model in mathematics learning is 6.056 at a significant level = 0.05 greater than T table = 1.697 which means H1 is accepted or H0 rejected, reaching the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 75. (2) the average normalized gain value in the application of the blended learning learning model is 26.83, which is greater than Ttable 1.697, which means H1 is accepted. H0 is rejected so that the gain value is > 0.30. (3) The average value of student learning motivation is 25.67, which is greater than Ttable, which means H1 is accepted, H0 is rejected, so that the achievement of the average value of motivation is > 50. From this study it can be concluded that the application of the blended learning model is effectively applied to students' mathematics learning. class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Wajo.
