Abstract

The study of electrical properties of flexible organic diode (OLEDs) based on MEH-PPV conjugated polymer, which utilize transparent and conducting multi walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) thin films as anode on plastic substrate, is reported. Diode parameters, such as the series resistance Rs and the ideality factor n were calculated. Overall, our obtained results demonstrate the possibility of integrating the elaborated flexible electrodes in organic diodes having the structure PET-MWCNT/MEH-PPV/Al. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
