Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workshop facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in class XI lathe machining engineering subjects in the field of machining engineering expertise at Palembang State Vocational High School 7. Variables in this study were workshop facilities (X1), learning motivation (X2) and learning outcomes (Y). The population in this study were students of Class XI TP 1 and class XI TP students. Requirements Test The analysis in this study was a Normality Test. The test of the hypothesis of this research is the Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Correlation. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained rtable count of 0.254 for n = 59 with a significance level of 5%, r count = 0.895. From the calculation results, if the data is obtained r count> rtable or 0.895> 0.254. It can be concluded that workshop facilities and learning motivation influence the learning outcomes. Thus Ha3, which reads "workshop facilities and learning motivation influences the learning outcomes of students in lathe machining subjects in class XI in Palembang 7 Vocational High School" was accepted.
