Abstract

When technology produces an improvement in the provision of public services, including legal services, they generate progress for citizens in accessing justice, generating a legaltech solution. The objective was to describe the benefits of legal technology or technology at the service of Law for the management of justice. Among the typical manifestations of the legaltech are the use of software in order to accelerate the procedures and facilitate the management of the lawyers' own tasks, and the use of online services that simplify the way to establish connection with clients. Precisely, within this last group, there are the so-called marketplaces for lawyers, online legal platforms or online platforms for lawyers commonly managed by legal startups. The use of these tools are affecting the nature of men's relationships, artificial intelligence algorithms are the means to determine their transparency, reliability and algorithmic civil responsibility of decisions at the time of administering justice. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] Cuando la tecnología produce una mejora en la prestación de los servicios públicos entre ellos los servicios jurídicos generan un progreso para los ciudadanos en el acceso a la justicia, generando una solución de legaltech. El objetivo fue describir los beneficios de la tecnología legal o tecnología al servicio del Derecho para la gestión de la justicia. Entre las manifestaciones típicas de la legaltech se encuentran el empleo de software con el fin de acelerar los trámites y facilitar la gestión de las tareas propias de los abogados, y la utilización de servicios on-line que simplifican la forma de entablar conexión con los clientes. Precisamente, dentro de este último grupo, están los denominados marketplaces para abogados, plataformas legales on-line o plataformas on-line para abogados administradas comúnmente por startups legales. El uso de estas herramientas está afectando la naturaleza de las relaciones de los hombres, los algoritmos de inteligencia artificial son el medio para determinar su transparencia, confiabilidad y responsabilidad civil algorítmica de las decisiones en el momento de administra justicia.
