Abstract

The Job involvement concerns the degree to which employees identify themselves with their job. It may be influenced by the level of satisfaction of one's needs-intrinsic or extrinsic. The concept of participative management is considered as a mechanism where workers have a say in decision-making process of an organization. As a sequel to job involvement and participative management, job satisfaction increases productivity through bringing high quality motivation and through increasing working capabilities at the time of implementation.
