Abstract

A 12-component instrument, called a Phase Equilibrium Computer, is described. It should be of value in the solution of problems involving phase equil. between gas and liquid in any hydrocarbon mixt. Depending on the no. of components, each flash vaporization can be calcd. in 10-20 min. The error in final results will be less than 0.5% for most problems. [on SciFinder(R)]
