Inclusión social en las instituciones educativas ecuatorianas

Abstract

This research is descriptive of type bibliographic review carried out with the objective of analyzing the process of social inclusion in the Ecuadorian educational institutions, it was based on the hermeneutic and analytic-synthetic methods, and on the technique of content analysis. Among the most significant findings we found that the inclusion index to measure the development of learning and inclusive participation in school institutions based on the dimensions: inclusive cultures, inclusive policies and inclusive practices, places Ecuador in an advantageous position among the countries of Latin America Its legal framework is one of the most advanced in terms of human rights in Latin America; However, discrimination is a fact that still manifests itself in multiple ways, so it is necessary to implement inclusive public policies to eliminate the injustices of exclusion.Esta investigación es descriptiva de tipo revisión bibliográfica realizada con el objetivo de analizar el proceso de inclusión social en las instituciones educativas ecuatorianas, se fundamentó en los métodos hermenéutico y analítico-sintético, y en la técnica de análisis de contenido. Entre los hallazgos más significativos encontramos que el índice de inclusión para medir el desarrollo del aprendizaje y la participación inclusiva en las instituciones escolares fundamentado en las dimensiones: culturas inclusivas, políticas inclusivas y prácticas inclusivas, ubica al Ecuador en una posición aventajada entre los países de Latinoamérica. Su marco legal es uno de los más avanzados en materia de derechos humanos de América Latina; sin embargo, la discriminación es un hecho que aún se manifiesta de múltiples maneras, por lo que se necesita implementar políticas públicas incluyentes para eliminar las injusticias de la exclusión.
