Abstract

The successful stent placement for treatment of recurrent vasospastic engine in a patient with nonstenotic coronary arteries is described. Use of the Palmaz-Schatz stent resulted in successful vasodilation that completely prevented anginal attacks. This procedure represents an alternative treatment for patients with vasospastic engine refractory to aggressive medical therapy.
