Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the evolution of Communications Departments in publishing companies over the past decade, after the appearance of the e-book in the sector. The work customarily carried out is covered, along with the everyday problems that arise. We have obtained and analyzed the opinions of the following Managers and Press Secretaries for this study: Santillana Communications (Rosa Junquera Santiago), Random House Mondadori (Leticia Rodero) and Literal Press (Lola Martín).
