Abstract

A finite element modeling of open boundary problems is presented and then applied to magnetostatic problems in two and three dimensions. The technique which it is based on, original and with good performance as far as accuracy of results and rapidity of computation, can easily be implemented using existing finite element software. © 1990 IEEE
