Curriculum System Optimization Study for Basic Management Logistics Talents

Abstract

For the dislocation competition with public colleges, basic management logistics talents is proposed as civilization target of Logistics management department of Tianhua College. In order to match with market demands, Quality Function Deployment is used to analyze deficiency in our curriculum systems compared with the other two private colleges and the market demands. And then a new curriculum system is constructed based on local geographical advantages, which can maximize the job satisfaction of the employers.
