The data was analysed by using paired t-test and N-gain score to see the effectiveness of the natural science learning websites to increase the students' critical thinking skills. The results which are showed by using the natural science learning website has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills with the value of significant (α) 0.00 < 0.05 while the N-gain score is 0,87 that is included in the medium category.
