Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the levels of physical activity, fatigue, and quality of life of healthy individuals belonging to different age groups. Methods: A total of 107 healthy individuals participated in the study, of which 39 were young (aged between 18 and 39), 42 were middle- aged (aged between 40 and 64), and 26 were elderly (over 65 years old). While physical activity was measured using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, fatigue level was evaluated using the Fatigue Assessment Scale, and quality of life with the World Health Organization Quality of Life Instruments.
