Abstract

Participation is a person's mental and emotional involvement in a group situation in achieving goals and responsibilities. The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the form of stakeholder participation in supporting the implementation of driving schools (2) the implementation of forms of stakeholder participation in supporting the implementation of driving schools (3) the impact of stakeholder participation in supporting the implementation of driving schools. The method used in the research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, documentation. The analysis technique uses data condensation techniques, data presentation. The research results show (1) The form of stakeholder participation in supporting driving schools is physical and non- physical participation. (2) In implementing the form of stakeholder participation, the principal involves teachers and students. Where for physical participation, as a school principal has his own role in assisting and developing both the potential of teachers and students. For students, it is shown by assistance in creating a work. For teachers, it is shown by in-house training activities. Meanwhile, for non-physical participation, the school principal formulates the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, for the non-physical participation of the committee, it helps the smooth implementation of learning activities by forming a POMG.
