Abstract

An effective system of staff motivation is one of the most significant factors in the competitiveness of modern organizations. In this regard, managers and personnel managers face an urgent task-to find ways to increase the motivation of the organization's personnel. To solve it, an in-depth scientific study of the problems of personnel motivation in market conditions is necessary to offer scientifically based recommendations and methodologies for building a motivation system, in particular using methods of mathematical modelling.
