Cooperación internacional en la lucha contra el terrorismo

Abstract

In a global age, the fight against terrorism must be shaped from a supranational perspective. But different political and legal systems, as well as conflicting values, make it difficult to agree on a single definition of the phenomenon. This article tries to clarify the debate, and explains that there are not "good" terrorists and "bad" terrorists.
