Abstract
The aim of this article is to present an overview of the recruitment of child soldiers to armed conflicts in some countries of the African continent, especially in Angola, and an analysis of the use of children and adolescents in Carioca communities for drug trafficking and urban disturbances. Two distinct realities, both of which are violations of human rights. Thus, in order to achieve this objective, it is intended to discuss the legal developments of some specific norms aimed at protecting children and adolescents from the violent reality of thousands of them.
