Abstract
The title compound, C34H16N4O 4, is a perylene-imide pigment utilized for H2 gas sensors. The molecule has Ci symmetry. The angle between each of the pyridyl rings and the peryleneimide skeleton is 74.5 (2)°. The molecules are stacked along the c axis with a tilt angle of about 31.5° between adjacent molecules. © 2005 International Union of Crystallography Printed in Great Britain - all rights reserved.
