Abstract

A straightforward synthesis of comb-polypeptides of repeated peptide sequences was developed. These polypeptides were obtained by ROP of defined NCA without any post-polymerization grafting. The key to this strategy relies on the preparation of pure NCA bearing a peptide sequence on its side chain, by an original solid supported methodology. © 2012 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
