Abstract
itanium oxide-encapsulated X and Y zeolites were prcpared by ion cxchange with(NH4)2TiO(C204)2,The obtained zeolites werc characterized by means of XRD,FT-IR,XPS,UV-vis and photolumines㏄nce spectroscopies.By the introduction of TiO2+ ions, the zeolites exhibited adsorption and photoluminescence bands and became sensitive to UV infadiation。A high catalytic activity of NO decomposition was obtaincd at room temperature under UV irradiation。The major products in the presen㏄of oxygen were N2md N20. In reference experiments of TiO2powder significant produ(ンtion of NO2was observed.
