Abstract

Integrating information technology and computers to support management is crucial for the company's sustainability. However, integration in the early stages of development is a dilemma. It is necessary and requires a large investment, yet it is not a priority for the company. Therefore, this study aims to develop a system to support the supply chain of companies that is a partner of the Ambon State Polytechnic. By using descriptive analysis method, the study explains the existing condition of the company regarding the supply chain then formulates the SCM model that will be developed.
