SISTEM INVESTASI EQUITY CROWDFUNDING PADA UMKM DI INDONESIA STUDI PADA PLATFORM BIZHARE PT. INVESTASI DIGITAL NUSANTARA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the equity crowdfunding investment system on MSME in Indonesia towards broad people. Equity crowdfunding is a crowdfunding service from share offering at affordable price, which becomes an attraction on the platform Bizhare measured by the investment value, total investors, total shares distributed to investors, total profits, and period profit sharing from managers. This research used quantitative and qualitative methods, with descriptive analysis on the quantitative data, and the content analysis on the qualitative data. The sample of this research was the list of business investments on the official situs of Bizhare in April 2021. The results showed that the investment system flow used on the platform Bizhare had efficiency and effectiveness according to the scheme listed on each subject, started from the pre-order and the share offering, the completed funding, the fund handover, and the dividend distribution to the investors who would be charged by service cost, as well as the management fee from each business profit.
