Abstract

Nitratireductor pacificus strain pht-3BT was isolated from a pyrene-degrading consortium enriched from the deep sea sediment of the Pacific Ocean. Here, we present the draft genome of strain pht-3BT, which contains 4,466,205 bp with a G+C content of 65.51% and contains 4,197 protein-coding genes and 46 tRNA genes. © 2012, American Society for Microbiology.
