Former les tuteurs à distance L'expèrience de l'Institut français de Madrid

Abstract

This paper describes a distance teacher training course entitled "; Become a tutor in a distance learning course" designed by the Institut Français de Madrid. This blended training was based upon the observation and use of the French on-line course of the Institut. It enabled the participants to evaluate the place of synchronous and asynchronous tools as well as the importance of interactions to build knowledge and skills in an environment where psychological distance might be more of a hindrance than geographical distance. © Cned/Lavoisier 2010.
