Abstract
In order to accurately identify the risks in mineral processing operations and realize risk early warning and scientific management and control, this paper takes the Wunugetushan Copper-Molybdenum Ore Dressing Plant in Inner Mongolia as an example to carry out risk research. Based on the systematic analysis of the causes of the accident cases in the concentrator, the risk evaluation index system was constructed from three aspects: personnel risk, equipment risk and environmental risk. The fuzzy Bayesian network (FBN), AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and risk matrix were used to establish the risk evaluation model of mineral processing operation, and the example verification was carried out. The results showed that the risk possibility of beneficiation operation is 62%; the serious consequences of casualties, property losses and shutdown are 62.346, 61.469 and 58.745 respectively, and the corresponding consequences are serious consequences, serious consequences and large consequences. The overall serious consequences of the accident in the mineral processing operation are 61.324, and the corresponding consequences are serious consequences. Based on the risk matrix, the overall risk value of the beneficiation operation is determined to be 38.021, and the risk level is determined to be ' greater risk ‘. Through sensitivity analysis, key risk factors such as illegal operation, lax safety management and inadequate equipment maintenance are further identified. Based on the above evaluation results, a closed-loop safety management system was constructed in combination with the PDCA cycle. The research results provide a scientific method and practical reference for the accurate identification and hierarchical control of safety risks in concentrators.
