Abstract
Four methods of priming vise - hydro priming, magneto priming, halo priming, and control (unprimed) with organic priming evaluated at different durations (30, 60, 90, 120 minutes and 12 hours) and varying density (50 mT, 100). mT, 2% and 5%) i.e., T0-Unprimed (control), hydropriming - T1-distilled water (12 hours), Magneto priming - T2-magnetic field (50 mT) 30 minutes, T3-magnetic field (50 mT)) @ 60 minutes, T4-magnetic field (50 mT) @ 90 minutes. T5-magnetic field (50 mT) @ 120 minutes, T6-magnetic field (100 mT) @ 60 minutes, T7- magnetic field (200 mT) @ 60 minutes, Halopriming- T8-potassium chloride (KCl) 2%, organic priming - T9-Tulsi leaf extract (5%), T10-Neem leaf extract (5%). It was found that all the flare treatments showed significance difference with control and highest germination percentage, seedling length, seedling weight, seedling dry weight, Vajina indisquare formagnetopriming - magnetic field (50 MT) @ 60 min. Magnetic field and KCl. Seed priming saw the most germination, its simplicity and no need for expensive equipment and chemicals, it is related to a poor germination and seedling establishment and helps to maintain agriculture and cost-effective and economical, Non-toxic, environmentally friendly sources.
