Abstract

This paper explores the application and advantages of tilt photogrammetry technology, utilizing UAV-mounted multi-lens camera systems, in real estate surveying and mapping. By capturing high-precision, multi-angular image data, this approach enables the rapid creation of accurate 3D models of rural properties, significantly enhancing measurement accuracy and operational efficiency. The empirical study conducted in Shuimo Village demonstrates the method's effectiveness in rural-residential integration projects, facilitating more precise land management, property registration, and urban planning. Beyond technical improvements, the adoption of UAV tilt photogrammetry holds substantial economic and social benefits, such as reducing surveying costs, streamlining land administration processes, and promoting sustainable rural development. These advancements contribute to broader societal goals by improving land security, supporting rural revitalization, and fostering intelligent urban-rural integration, highlighting its vital role in promoting regional socio-economic growth.
